Arma 3 Contacts 163 km2 of Eastern European terrain covers the partially abandoned Nadbór region within the larger Polish-speaking country of Livonia. This landlocked NATO member country shares borders with four other states, including the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad and CSAT partner Belarus, making it a place of great geostrategic importance in its own right. Its forest area consists of a large set of completely new buildings, props and natural objects, supplemented by objects from other Czech terrains.
The Livonian Defense Force (LDF) is a new and relatively small military faction, ideal for their role in protecting Livonian territory. The majority of its forces are infantry, motorized and mechanized elements. The LDF has access to a very modest air force. Much of its equipment is available in a distinctive woodland "geometric" camouflage. The faction has been built from a mix of new and existing assets and is complemented by new characters and Polish radio protocols.
