Birthday parties are offered to all YMCA members at a cost of $150.00 for 2 hours and up to 15 children (including the birthday child). Whether it's meeting your swimming, exercise, or gymnastics needs, the YMCA has dedicated staff for you. Parties are welcome to bring their own food and decorations, we provide tables, chairs, activities and fun. Available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings based on scheduled YMCA activities. Book quickly, so get in early!

The Greensburg YMCA now offers a 30-obstacle bounce house course with gymnasium rentals, for an additional fee. He filed a lawsuit on behalf of a client whose husband suffered a wrongful death at the Greensburg YMCA after he was trapped in a steam room overnight. Healthy, energetic, and very proud of her physique, she is still a regular at the YMCA in her eighties.
On March 14, 2020, the client's husband swiped his membership card to use the steam room at approximately 5:45 p.m.—15 minutes before the Greensburg YMCA closed. The prison officers that night failed to check the steam room for the heirs, nor to show any documents indicating that the heirs were there. The next day, the YMCA maintenance man found our client's husband in the steam room, unresponsive and not breathing. He called 911, but it was too late.
According to the coroner's report, a maintenance man said the Greensburg YMCA steam room was closed at 10:30 p.m. Until then, he explained, he maintained a minimum temperature of 112 degrees Fahrenheit. Furthermore, the steam room is not equipped with a PA system, an emergency call button, or a door that can be opened from the inside. So, our client's husband was trapped in a high temperature room with no way out.
